Job Title: Senior HCM Expert Location: Remote Rate: Negotiable based on experience Duration: 6 mo. contract Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HCM Expert. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle HCM, particularly in the Talent Management components. This role involves building, configuring, and optimizing HCM systems to ensure they meet the clients needs post-go-live. The Senior HCM Expert will also provide guidance on best practices, security, permissions, and workflows to ensure optimal use of HCM. Responsibilities:
- Build, configure, and optimize Oracle HCM systems, focusing on Talent Management.
- Assess and improve the clients use of HCM, ensuring optimal performance.
- Evaluate and enhance security measures, permissions, and workflows within HCM.
- Provide expert guidance on all aspects of HCM to help the client understand and utilize the system effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address issues with HCM post-go-live.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with Oracle HCM, specifically in Talent Management.
- Strong understanding of HCM security, permissions, and workflows.
- Proven ability to build, configure, and optimize HCM systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
