As part of the Loyalty & Omnichannel team, the Omnichannel Analytics team leads our mission to be a customer-centric, data-driven organization. This team aggressively tracks CVS’ customer journeys by defining and executing data strategies derived to enable growth through the use of customer shopping behavior, needs, intents, and responses. In addition, the team supports advanced analytics and hypothesis-driven approaches that quickly transform data into actionable, customer-centric insights in fast-moving and energizing environment.
The ideal candidate is detailed oriented with the ability to quickly understand complex situations, manage multiple urgent tasks, and communicate in an open and honest way that quickly builds trust and respect.
This position is hybrid remote or on site at one of our Analytics Hubs (Boston, New York City, Hartford, Chicago, or Rhode Island) and will have consistent exposure to senior leadership within the Loyalty and Omnichannel division.
One of the many projects you could be working on:
Supporting the development and implementation of our Omnichannel Data Strategy
Foster the team’s migration from on prem data environments to cloud based
Supporting the innovation our Self-Service reporting ecosystem
Drive analysis and curate insights that impact and optimize how we interact with our consumers today.
Partner with Analytic Partners (Data Strategy, Data Engineering, Data Science, Data Products..etc) to constantly evaluate and improves how we do things today. This can be unlocking data/insights, creating powerful data sets, and partnering to develop tools or dashboard.
Be data curious, exploring new data that can help enhance our understanding of our consumers today.

Primary responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should be detailed oriented with the ability to quickly understand complex situations, manage multiple urgent tasks at the same time and have a proven track record of communicating in an open and honest way that quickly builds trust and respect.
Support the development, documentation, and maintenance of best-in-class foundational data assets through partnership with Data Engineering, Data Strategy, Analytic and Business Partners
Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
Understand key drives of business value and being able to translate those into business opportunities.
Create meaningful presentations for senior leaders and internal partners.
Identify and resolve barriers to analytical initiatives.
Track to timelines to ensure timely delivery of solutions
Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience of data analysis, using any of quantitative analytics tool (SQL, Python, Snowflake etc.)
3+ years of experience working in analytics, driving high impact analysis with a track record of delivering insights and business results
2+ years of experience in developing tableau dashboards
1+ years of experience in developing and implementing strategies
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred a minimum of 3 years of experience in developing insights through analytics.
Experience working in an omnichannel team.
Strong problem structuring/solving skills – including data structuring, quantitative reasoning, and mathematical analysis to examine and interpret data
Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint for analysis and presentation of results.
Experience with wide variety of Advanced Analytics techniques; Statistical analysis including Statistical modeling experience is preferred
Experience with multiple data platforms including clouding base and terabyte level database
Education
Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
Master’s degree in quantitative field or MBA strongly preferred.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $122,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
