Your Day to Day

As a Sales Compensation Reporting Specialist, you would be working on :

  • Sales Compensation Reporting : In this role, you will provide dedicated Sales Compensation Reporting support to Sales Management, Sales Operations, and Finance, (Incl., recurring and ad hoc reports)

  • Data Management : Extract, compile, and enrich dimensional data from various sources for commissions reporting purposes

  • Data Insights : Proactively build historical data sets that can mined for additional business insights

  • Systems Utilization : Utilizing Excel, Salesforce, Xactly Incent, and other systems for reporting purposes

What We’re Looking For

As a Sales Compensation Reporting Specialist, your background will look like:

  • 4+ years of in-depth reporting experience; preferably within fast-paced technology companies, (i.e., ability to successfully manage and operate throughout continuous change and evolution, etc.)

  • Compensation reporting is preferred; however, it is not required. That said, the ability and desire to focus on Sales Compensation reporting is required

  • Platform and tools alignment: Xactly/Incent or a similar cloud based ICM solution, Salesforce.com, Excel, (Incl., working with large data sets)

  • Combination of self-motivation, analytical skills, and problem solving

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Annual Base Salary Range: $83,500.00 - $138,500.00

The above shows our ranges from minimum to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
