Lincoln Technical Institute HVAC Technician Instructor - Sign-On Bonus!* $4,000 Full-time & $2,000 Part-time in East Windsor, Connecticut

Pay Rate: $35-$37 per hour

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HVAC Technician experience

  • Current S1 or S2 license or the ability to obtain required license within 6 months of hire.

  • High school diploma/GED

  • Enthusiasm for sharing your HVAC knowledge

  • Basic computer skills

    Responsibilities

  • Teach HVAC Technologies classes using Lincoln Tech's accredited training program

  • Provide hands-on HVAC training for student skill development in our fully equipped facility

  • Encourage student growth, professionalism, and accountability

  • Motivate and engage the class in a positive setting

  • Support and communicate progress with students

  • Prepare students for a successful career in HVAC Technology!
