The Program Manager of Food4Health(F4H) ensures the needs of the patients, families and staff within the program are met and executed within the mission. Responsible for the daily operations and logistics of the community food pantry initiative in concert with the clinical teams to provide the best outcomes on the Hartford campus. Required: Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of leadership and management experience. Familiarity with the urban public policy issues related to food availability Food pantry certification or ability to obtain this credential through Foodshare Preferred: Master’s degree in dietary and/or nutritional services Demonstrated knowledge of adult education and group facilitation; experience with online learning and related platforms (Google Classroom, Zoom, etc.) Registered Clinical Dietician Bilingual English and Spanish.
