Robert Half Payroll Administrator in Hartford, Connecticut

POSITION: Payroll Specialist (this is a FULL TIME, PERMANENT POSITION!)

Location: Hartford, CT, (Onsite initially with future opportunity for hybrid work.)

Robert Half is seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our client's team in Hartford, CT. The primary responsibility is to process payroll for approximately 200 multistate employees using ADP!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for around 200 multistate employees using ADP.

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll taxes.

  • Conduct reconciliations related to payroll.

  • Provide support and respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees.

  • Act as a backup for benefits administrator.

Requirements:

  • Recent and strong experience with ADP payroll systems.

  • Proven experience in processing payroll for over 100 employees, including multistate payroll.

  • Proficiency in Excel is critical.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
