Description:
Position Purpose
This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and care to all patients and clients and is responsible for the coordination of administrative tasks.
What you will do
Responsibilities including patient greeting, check-in, answering phones, triaging phone calls, scanning, scheduling appointments and procedures for exams
Prepares and maintains patient charts and obtains pre-certifications and authorizations for patients' exams.
Supports clinical staff with clerical and clinical tasks with positive energy
Minimum Qualifications
Hugh School Diploma required - Associates preferred
1 -2 years' experience in healthcare
Epic experience preferred
Familiarity with medical terminology
Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently within a team treatment model
