The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center or BBN team:
Position Overview:The MDM Engineer will be responsible for working within a small team of dedicated engineers to build, test and implement product solutions based on a set standard of requirements. This includes the ability to translate vendor products, product code, roadmap services and implement without negatively impacting current processes. The MDM Engineer will provide the engineering and fourth level support for Mobile device, connectivity, and MDM related issues. This role will also architect and implement changes to both Sandbox and Production MDM Environments . The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding Mobile Device management tool, Mobile security, and how products integrates into Raytheon Technologies and customers. Individual will be responsible for understanding overall product, how to manage, support and initiate changes including the ability to demonstrate deep technical skills, proficiency with the design, implementation and support of Mobile hardware, Applications, and MDM tools.
What You Will Do
Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as MobileIron and Intune
Configure and deploy mobile devices, applications, and configurations based on RTX and BU requirements.
Develop and enforce mobile security policies, compliance standards, and procedures.
Integration between services and customers – by communicating status and issues.
Participate in vendor meetings to ensure vendor is delivering services timely and aware of product issues.
Participate in team meetings across organization to ensure product and service is meeting services.
Participate in troubleshooting, drive gaps and issues to resolution.
Independently undertake projects of a complex nature and ad-hoc requests as required.
Provides support, (architecture, administration, maintenance, monitoring, backup, contingency), for multiple MDM technologies and environments
Implement and execute system upgrades of the on premise and cloud servers
Maintain existing and, as required, develop new documentation that will include but is not limited to SOPs and System Architecture Guides and diagrams adhering to organizational templates, policies, and standards
Participate in 24/7 on call rotation
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
Minimum 5 years experience architecting, deploying and configuring MDM solutions
Minimum 5 years experience with both on-premise and Cloud MDM Solutions
US Citizen or US Person Required
Qualifications We Prefer
Preparing and delivering written and verbal reports and general communications to audiences of varying levels of seniority and technical ability.
Collaborating and coordinating activities with stakeholders and infrastructure teams on upgrades, installations, and integrations.
Experience with both on-premise and Cloud MDM Solutions
Experience with MAM deployments
Experiences Control Access Policies
Strong analytical skills; able to assess and solve issues in a high-pressure environment
Willing and able to participate in 24/7 on-call rotation
Experience with O365 GCC-High
Experience multiple MDM solutions such as Workspace One, Mobileiron, Intune, JAMF, etc.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas and lead through influence to accomplish challenging goals & objectives.
Excellent understanding of document control, update processes and tools.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
