Position Summary

The Project Manager / Reporting Developer person will be responsible for development of a suite of reports to support the new Chat Service Function. Contributions would be in direct support of the Live Chat and Chat Bot operational reporting within Service Operations Support. Reporting will include service level reporting for the function, CSR performance and efficiency, call avoidance and financial impact, quality and customer satisfaction, and finally establishment of key performance metrics.

You will build complex queries against a variety of data sources. You will work with new reporting requests and align external terminology with data elements that might not be a one for one match; using timely and accurate data queries is essential. Additionally, the Chat will basically mimic Call Center metrics, but there will be nuance and “new discoveries” as the project evolves; you will need to consider multiple factors and be able to adjust mid project as data factors and management expectations evolve. You will need to go beyond established “cookie cutter” reporting.

* This position is Hybrid and requires 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in office*

Fundamental Job Components:

  • Create complex queries, does technical report/programming.

  • Think through data files and feeds and enriches to give management insight

  • Utilize existing hierarchies to create meaningful data views to be leveraged by reports.

  • Build reports for analytic functions and management visibility into metrics and results.

  • Create exports from reporting data sets to be used by downstream dashboards.

  • Create Automations and reusable queries and data enrichment via Alteryx.

  • Ensure data quality, consistency and conducts data audits.

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced Alteryx skills

  • Advanced data query skills.

  • MS SQL Server (Familiarity with databases and comfortable generating reports)

  • Data / Query / ETL skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Proven track record in meeting deadlines

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments

  • 3-5 years of data interpretation and analysis experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Tableau

  • XLS/Access knowledge and development

  • Knowledge of call center reporting and operational metrics

  • Knowledge of IVR/Automation functions and reporting a plus

  • Experience with health insurance data and operations

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$63,300.00 - $139,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
