Position Summary

We are hiring Manager Informatics to support Complaint, Grievances and Appeals (CG&A) team. This position will play an important role to build and maintain dashboard, perform data analysis to support root cause corrective actions and present the data to executive management.

This role will have several ad hoc analysis tasks that need to be managed on daily basis

  • Analyzing data to understand trends, patterns, and insights.

  • Creating interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports to represent data effectively.

  • Using Tableau's features to combine multiple data sources and create complex visualizations.

  • Connecting to various data sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and cloud services.

  • Preparing and cleaning data to ensure accuracy and consistency for visualization.

  • Managing data extract refreshes and optimizing performance.

  • Working closely with stakeholders, such as business analysts and managers, to gather requirements and understand business needs.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to data discrepancies or visualization errors.

  • Maintaining and updating dashboards and reports as new data becomes available or business requirements change.

  • Ability to connect appeals operational process knowledge to data trends and patterns to come to meaningful conclusions

  • Understand business intent and operate independently to bring relevant insights

This role consists of data analysis and process knowledge to bring insights to CG&A leaders.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in dashboard building

  • 3+ years of working with process owners in operations set up to build meaningful insights

  • 3+ years consulting with business partners to create impactful reporting capabilities.

  • 3+ years in business requirement gathering for ad hoc analysis

  • Minimum five years of experience working in claims or appeals analytics and with complex data structures and large datasets in a real business setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management methodology

  • Tableau certification

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
