Position Summary
In this role as Manager – Long Term Planning, HCB FP&A business, you will report to the Senior Manager of Long Term Planning, HCB FP&A. The candidate in this position is responsible for consolidating the risks and opportunities of the HCB business, including the creation of management presentations and/or talking points for forecasts and budget. This role will also serve as lead support for the Commercial and IFP business where you will collaborate with key business segment leaders and drive consistency and high value insights within forecast, budget, and strat plan deliverables. This role will work closely with the HCB FP&A Consolidating Reporting team leads to ensure that the reporting of forecasts and budget is accurate and that the appropriate level of information is reported. The successful candidate should exhibit strong communication skills, and the ability to consolidate/report information to business partners and management. This individual will be expected to be able to multi-task and prioritize multiple activities and responsibilities in a fastpaced environment, with ability to work independently within guidance frame defined by management – includes financial reporting/analysis at both regular and ad hoc frequencies and building and reporting analytics via PowerPoint presentations. We are looking for individuals with a strong collaborative work style and desire to build and foster relationships with key business segment leaders, an understanding of financial/corporate budgeting and forecasting, and demonstrated attention to detail.
Assist with overall long term planning and strategic analysis of projects of varying nature and complexity which may include: financial metrics, process improvement initiatives, etc
Technical knowledge of financial systems (Hyperion, S4, etc..)
Leverage strong financial modeling skills (Excel and advanced functions like Macros, Index Match etc)
Leverage strong communication and presentation skills
Continuous process improvement and leveraging of technology
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Experience designing and executing process improvements
Required Qualifications
Healthcare, managed care insurance or financial services
Identification of risks and opportunities
Ability to consolidate/report results to business partners and financial management
Financial reporting/analysis at both regular and ad hoc frequencies
Building and reporting analytics via powerpoint presentations
3-5 years of prior relevant work experience
Skill In:
Financial reporting
Creating Management presentations
Communicating clearly and presenting appropriate level of information
Ability To:

Microsoft office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Skill In:
Financial concepts and modeling
Financial Analysis
Healthcare / Pharmacy industry work experience
Microsoft Excel experience using functions such as
PivotTables, VLookup, Filters, etc.
Microsoft Access and PowerPoint experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Creating Management presentations
Communicating clearly and presenting appropriate level of information to senior leaders
Ability To:
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Effectively employ both written and interpersonal skills in accomplishing responsibilities

Education
Bachelor Degree required
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
