We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ServiceNow administration, testing management, and platform engineering, with a commitment to expanding their core ServiceNow skills. This role will involve defining and maintaining strategies for IT Asset Management (ITAM) and overseeing the migration process while ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities include:

ServiceNow Administration:

  • Serve as a ServiceNow Administrator, managing user roles, permissions, and configurations.

  • Monitor and maintain plugin currency to ensure optimal platform performance.

Testing Management:

  • Utilize ServiceNow Test Management tools to define and maintain the ITAM testing strategy.

  • Implement and manage the ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework (ATF) to enhance testing efficiency.

Strategic Portfolio Management:

  • Leverage the ServiceNow Agile/SAFe Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module to support project planning and execution.

Platform Engineering:

  • Manage update sets, including merging and deploying them effectively.

  • Oversee the upgrade and cloning processes to ensure seamless transitions.

  • Facilitate the migration process, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

Scrum Master Oversight:

  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters to ensure adherence to migration processes and policies, promoting Agile best practices.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Demonstrate a commitment to expanding core ServiceNow skills and staying updated on platform enhancements and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on ServiceNow.

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow administration, testing management, and platform engineering.

  • Familiarity with IT Asset Management (ITAM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and other ServiceNow capabilities is a plus.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience working in Agile environments, particularly with SAFe methodologies.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

  • Familiarity with other ServiceNow capabilities and modules.

Education-

Bachelor degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$130,295.00 - $260,590.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
