Insight Global Hybrid IT Project Coordinator in Hartford, Connecticut
Job Description
An insurance company is looking for an IT Project Coordinator to join their team in Hartford, CT on a hybrid basis. This resource will work as part of the PMO and will assist Program and Project Managers with tracking project activities in MS Project. They will need to gather and consolidate project status from multiple workstreams and update various status reporting mechanisms (Clarity and multiple reporting PPT decks). They will be responsible for tracking the team's adherence to the IT Project Methodology and documentation set forth by the company, and be involved in creating project artifacts. They will be responsible for scheduling meetings, creating agendas, distributing meeting notes, and following up on action items as needed and should have a deep understanding of project details and interdependencies of the ongoing projects in the portfolio. They will keep project requirements and documentation statuses up to date in Azure DevOps. They will need to assist in the vendor invoicing process by confirming invoiced hours against time entry in Clarity and work with multiple vendors on any necessary reconciliation. As part of this process, they may need to input Statements of Work and Changes Requests into the financial invoice tracking system (Coupa) and confirm that hours charged on incoming invoices match time entered into Planview and confirm total dollar invoice amounts (SOW/CR rates x hours worked). This resource will work cross functionally with various teams and should have high attention to detail and be a self-starter with excellent communication skills.

Skills and Requirements
6+ years of experience as an IT Project Coordinator
Background in project management including requirements, documentation, reporting, and financial tracking across projects
Utilized Clarity, Planview, or related PPM tool
Experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Rall
Worked in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies previously Bachelors Degree null
