Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an ERP Integration Manager to join our team in Hartford, Connecticut. In this role, you will work on various D365 F& O modules including Finance, Procurement, Sales and Marketing, Production Control, Supply Chain, Product Management, Inventory, Fixed Assets, and Workflows, among others. Your responsibilities will include executing and documenting test cases, evaluating user errors, and providing support for user training.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and document test cases based on technical requirements for development needs

• Evaluate user errors and assist in problem-solving

• Document and explain errors clearly for submission to the support team

• Define test cases required to validate development

• Provide support for user training and build workspaces for users

• Work on D365F& O modules including Finance, Procurement, Sales and Marketing, Production Control, Supply Chain, Product Management, Inventory, Fixed Assets, and Workflows

• Handle roles, permissions, duties, data management, and workspaces within the D365 F& O modules

• Utilize skills in D365, Dynamics, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for effective task completion

Please note: This role does not offer the option to transition into a permanent role.

Requirements • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP Integration Management.

• Proficiency with D365, Dynamics, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is required.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.

• Proven experience in managing, implementing, and maintaining ERP systems.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.

• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with the latest industry trends and best practices in ERP integration.

• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Proven track record of managing large scale projects and achieving objectives.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
