Job Description:

BRD Builders has an immediate opening for a Construction Site Supervisor, responsible for the completion of commercial projects in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager by directing subcontractors and trades to ensure timely and quality completion of contracted work.
• Prepare and review daily subcontractor construction reports and take action as necessary.
• Prepare daily project reports based on reporting from subcontractors, trades and material vendors.
• Implement Quality Control measures to ensure adherence to the project plans and specifications.
• Maintain the project schedule and project budget.
• Create and manage job schedules with the Project Manager.
• Supervise inspections, testing, and final punch list completion.
• Review with the Office Manager all subcontractor invoices.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Attend regular construction meetings to support efficient communication.
• Promote safe work practices.

Duties:

• Managing Subcontractors and Vendors.
• Ordering materials and coordinating delivery to meet the schedule and preparing two-week look ahead.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe job site.
• Updating the PM on any changes in the details of the project.
• Obtaining permits and meeting with building inspectors.
• Obtaining sign-offs and certificates of completion on assigned projects.

Experience:

• Must have at least 5 years of site supervisor experience.
• Capable of reading and interpreting building plans, blueprints and specifications.
• Strong organizational, written and oral skills.
• Professional with the ability to work well with others in a team environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with emphasis placed on quality.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
