Deloitte Analyst Third Party Risk Management Program in Hartford, Connecticut
The Risk & Brand Protection (R&BP) teams are strategic enablers of growth by proactively identifying and managing quality, risk, professional conflicts of interest, and other business risks that Deloitte faces in the marketplace. Work you'll do
Executes various tasks related to technical support and development of TPRM Gateway, the U.S. Firms' Risk and Brand Protection (R&BP) Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program. The scope of the TPRM program includes performing risk-based due diligence on Deloitte U.S. Firm's third parties. Due diligence will include reviews by Independence, Anti-Corruption & Trade, Vendor Cyber Security, and other risk domains.
Gain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of TPRM Gateway
Gain basic knowledge and understanding of Deloitte U.S. third party due diligence policies and guidelines, as well as working knowledge and proficiency in various risk & compliance group compliance processes and monitoring functions
Gain full understanding of Aravo configuration to support and develop TPRM Gateway
Provide technical support related to all elements of TPRM Gateway, including user access, user interface, reporting & monitoring, bulk import jobs, and process support.
Respond to Service Now tickets and work with risk & compliance groups to process third party submissions
Liaise with the TPRM Gateway stakeholders on third party due diligence matters and system requests
Provide other support related to reporting of activity from TPRM Gateway and analyzing metrics for performance of third-party diligence efforts
Trouble-shoot flawed system behavior to identify root cause(s) and develop and verify fixes.
Identify platform issues and open support cases to platform vendor.
Define enhancement ideas for better solutioning to business requirements.
Collaboratively work with colleagues in the US and USI to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the TPRM Gateway
Assist management in identifying and mitigating compliance risks, enhancing and implementing compliance monitoring efforts and fostering a compliance culture
Support configuration changes and system development
Provide other support to the TPRM leadership

Qualifications Required
At least 1-2 years of experience working for a professional services organization providing one or more of the following: system configuration, development, troubleshooting, implementation, user support, reporting and other related services.
Experience in one or more of the following: third party due diligence, ethics and compliance programs, risk and controls, process management or change management (preferred)
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, computer science, information technology or a similarly technical field (preferred)
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
Experience with basic web development tasks and/or building and editing SharePoint sites
Experience in working collaboratively with subject matter resources in often a virtual and cross border environment a plus

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $51,900-$106,500.
