Our client, a leader in facilities management, is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Technician

Location: Harrisonville, MO

What's the Job?

• Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.

• Troubleshoot power, HVAC systems and controls, and mechanical systems.

• Maintain general & preventative maintenance, carpentry, plumbing systems, and vendor management.

• Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed.

• Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials, as requested.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required.

• 10+ years of facility-related work experience required.

• 5+ years of experience managing a staff of technicians.

• Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance processes.

• Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
