We have an opportunity available for a Content Specialist to work within our Content Team. The Content Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content across e-commerce platforms to enhance brand visibility, engage customers, and drive conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of content strategy, excellent writing skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
*What you will do: *
- Develop engaging, high-quality content for product pages, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Optimize content for search engines, incorporating relevant keywords and metadata to drive organic traffic.
- Collaborate with the Content Manager to develop and execute content strategies that align with business goals.
- Use analytics tools to track and report on content performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Work with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and goals.
- Ensure all content meets legal, brand, and quality standards.
- Support digital campaigns with content creation and distribution.
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and branding across all platforms.
Contribute to improving the overall user experience through impactful content.

What we need:
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency with SEO, content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools.
- Experience in enterprise ecommerce platforms; Magento/Adobe Commerce preferred.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for creating impactful content.
