(This Job Order is for an ALC-H2B process) GOZZER RANCH GOLF & LAKE CLUB, 6308 South Gozzer Road, Harrison, ID 83833, 208-967-3283. 8 BUSSERS/RUNNERS needed for TEMPORARY-Full Time employment, Will reset tables in a speedy professional and effective manner as guests leave the restaurant; grooming of the entire restaurant and its perimeters, as well as supporting servers and staff with pre-bussing and other duties; assure guests have everything they need on the tables after delivery of food; ensure guest has proper silverware, napkin, share plates when delivering food; keep kitchen station clean and organized; and assist all servers, bartenders and managers with carrying of plates. Bussers, never take any orders from the Members. They may be asked -after the initial order is taken by the server, to bring something small to a table by a member when they are walking by. Will clear the tables after the members have left and take the dishes to the kitchen and leave them for the dishwasher. Reset the table so that it ready for the next group of members by placing clean plates and utensils in the proper place on the table. May help the server carry the plates to the table.- No education required, no experience is required. Employer will offer 40hrs/week; Monday-Friday; 8AM 4PM depending on weather conditions. Workers are needed to begin work from 4/1/25 to 10/31/25. Job Location: Harrison, ID. Workers will be paid no less than \$13.03/hour and returning workers and workers with more experience may be paid up to \$22.00/hr. Overtime hours may vary, depending on weather or other conditions, and will be paid at \$19.55/hr and up to \$33.00/hr.

Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.

Workers will be paid weekly by check.

The employer will make all deductions from the workers paycheck required by law.

If the worker completes 50% of the period of employment, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract where or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation & subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursed will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts.

Employer will provide daily transportation to/from worksite locations to/from a central pick up location.

Employer will reimburse in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.

Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job.

Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least 3/4 of the workdays in each 12 week period of the total employment period.
