Position: Welder/Fabricator Pay: $27.40 per hour

1st shift, Monday -Friday. Overtime available.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in welding and fabricating with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $27.40 and provides an excellent opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Welding: Perform MIG and FCAW on steel

• Fabrication: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to fabricate components accurately.

• Quality Control: Inspect and test welded and fabricated components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair welding and fabrication equipment as needed.

• Collaborative Work: Work closely with other team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of welding and fabrication experience.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in MIG welding techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise and accurate work.

• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and supervisors.

• Certifications: Relevant welding certifications are preferred.
