Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Job Description

Seeking a Warehouse Manager for a distributor of decorative and functional hardware, cabinets, cabinet organizers, vanities, wood products, and LED lighting for the kitchen and bath. The Warehouse Manager will build, develop, and lead a team of about 15-20 individuals in a 60,000 square foot facility in Harrisburg. The Manager is responsible for maintaining world-class pick, pack, and ship service to our thousands of customers in the southwestern region of the US, including an extensive will-call customer base. This is a position for a strong leader that has a high comfort level with warehouse systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and lead a team of about 15-20 individuals.

• Maintain world-class pick, pack, and ship service.

• Ensure efficient logistics and inventory management.

• Handle an extensive will-call customer base.

Essential Skills

• Warehouse management: 5 years (Required)

• Warehouse experience: 10 years (Required)

• Reach truck operation: 3 years (Required)

• Order picker operation: 3 years (Required)

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills

• High comfort level with warehouse systems and procedures

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
