Hiring a Restoration Field Technician in Harrisburg, Pa!

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Field Technician to perform property restoration services focusing on demolition and water damage out of our Harrisburg, PA branch. This role involves light demolition, cleanup, and various tasks associated with construction labor. The position is very labor-intensive and requires handling tasks like ripping up wet carpet, removing damaged furniture, and water extraction. Technicians will use water moisture meters and enter basic job/project information on computers. Training will be provided as needed. The role includes being on-call every other week, with compensation for on-call availability and 1.5x pay for on-call hours worked.

Hard Skills

• Comfortable working in environments affected by fire, smoke, water, or mold damage.

Work Environment

Travel within 90 minutes of the Harrisburg office is required, performing one to multiple jobs per day. Daily reporting to the Harrisburg office is mandatory, where you will join a team of 2-4 employees in a company truck based on work orders. Work hours are Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3 pm with weekend work when necessary. On-call schedule is currently every other week, with potential adjustments as team size increases.
