DESCRIPTION OF WORK The Network Section Chief within the Enterprise Technology Services Office (ETSO), reports to the Director of the Division of Network, Unified Telecom, and Security Operations, providing strategic direction for enterprise network technology services that support agency and external customers. This role manages a team responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise technologies, ensuring alignment with the vision and strategy set by the commonwealth's CIO and CTO. The Chief oversees all unified communications, network, voice, and mobile IT systems, addressing both simple and complex solutions. This position works cross-functionally with various organizations and teams to ensure the solutions, product, delivery, and execution of the road-map, architecture, and strategic plan are considered to ensure optimal customer experience.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. You will be required to report in-office at minimum one day per month. Additional days may be required based on operational needs of the business. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Twelve years of professional information technology experience; or Eight years of professional information technology experience and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Additional Requirements: You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Legal Requirements: You must pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements.
