Description We are offering a contract-to-hire employment opportunity for a Medical Reimbursement Specialist in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. This role involves handling tasks related to payroll reports, cost reimbursements, billing management, and other financial operations. The work environment includes some on-site duties with a hybrid option available three times a week after the initial period.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and pulling payroll reports to align with the general ledger

• Determining allowable and non-allowable costs within reports

• Regularly running reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency

• Handling receipts and managing cost reimbursement processes

• Overseeing billing management tasks to ensure smooth financial operations

• Exhibiting high attention to detail in all tasks to maintain accuracy

• Utilizing Excel for various financial and administrative operations

• Performing repetitive work with precision and attention to detail

• Demonstrating ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Utilizing skills in Reimbursements, Billing Functions, General Ledger, and Accounts Payable (AP) for effective job performance Requirements

• Proficiency in medical reimbursements

• Knowledge of billing functions related to medical services

• Familiarity with general ledger accounting practices

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent skills in communication and teamwork
