DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Maintenance Repairman 1 you will be performing a wide variety of semi-skilled maintenance and repair work on all grounds keeping vehicles and equipment for additional General Services' crafts and trades when assigned to the maintenance garage. You will be responsible for the appearance, general care, and maintenance of the grounds to include gardens, trees, shrubbery, lawn care, snow and ice removal in the Complex and outlying facilities.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment. Work hours are 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Essential Employee - required to work during emergencies and office closings. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Two years of experience in general maintenance work which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.

Special Requirement: This position will require possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License. Additional Requirement: You must be able to perform essential job functions.
