DESCRIPTION OF WORK As the Leased Parking Officer, your main responsibility is to collaborate with the Office of Chief Counsel (OCC) in overseeing the Master Parking Lease and ensuring vendor compliance. This includes promptly replacing lost or damaged permits, efficiently addressing maintenance issues, and handling VPLAs for new parking requests or modifications. You will also provide guidance on parking policies and procedures to agency parking officers through email communication. In addition to these tasks, you will be responsible for enforcing parking policies, reporting accidents and damage, managing contracts in SAP, and handling billing for the Master Parking Lease. It will be your duty to ensure timely payments from agencies and accurately calculate the number of parking permits versus billable spaces. You will also be the point of contact for inquiries from the Office of the Budget/Comptroller Operations.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment. Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 1 day per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and bachelor's degree; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
