Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Fiscal Management Specialist 2 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

Join the Department of State's Bureau of Finance and Procurement (BFP) in this Fiscal Management Specialist 2 position and serve as our Chief of Revenue Reconciliation and Processing Section. DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this position you will be oversee analysis and reconciliation of revenues from various systems and supervise staff who serve as Revenue Reconciliation Specialists and Revenue Processors. This includes managing the Credit Card Chargeback Program, administering the Refund of Expenditure for Services Program, and providing oversight of refunding of application/permitting fees. You will be responsible for ensuring timely revenue deposits through various funding streams, verifying with Treasury that funds have been received and deposited into the proper accounts, and managing all e-Commerce activities for the Department. Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Fiscal Management Specialist 1; or One year of experience in professional fiscal administration, and a bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
