If so, the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) has an exciting opportunity for you as a Clerical Assistant 2 in Region 2 of Retail Operations. DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Clerical Assistant 2, you will function as the main receptionist, inclusive of taking and relaying accurate messages, directing calls and visitors, and notifying District Managers and store personnel of pertinent information via telephone. You will also process outgoing mail to include regular and certified mailings, and open and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate office personnel. This professional receives information regarding store maintenance issues and notifies appropriate property managers to have the problems assessed and corrected in a timely manner. Additional duties include maintaining employee files, ordering office and janitorial supplies, and invoice processing.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title); or Graduation from high school; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Legal Requirements: You must pass a background investigation. An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code. Other criminal convictions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
