DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As an Administrative Assistant 1, you will collaborate with a wide-range of professional entities regarding various transportation needs and services for the Commonwealth.  You will serve as the main point of contact for all vehicle documentation including SAP coding, titling, fuel cards, and EZ-Pass, and act as the system coordinator for all fuel cards and EZ-Passes.  You will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of documentation for the Commonwealth fleet vehicles prior to delivery to agencies, as well as verifying all SAP coding prior to entry for correct billing purposes.

This professional is responsible for reviewing and managing the records and reports resource account and overseeing the distribution of all documents received from agencies for entry.  You will review, analyze, and verify SAP coding, ORG codes, driver information, parking locations, and the type of telematics device confirmed by the agency.  This also involves researching reasons for discrepancies and contacting agencies for any changes.  We are looking for someone who possesses excellent communication and organizational skills in order to provide exceptional customer service.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, based upon successful completion of the 6-month in-office training period.  Additional details may be discussed during the interview process.  In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.  If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four year college or university; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training. Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.

Additional Requirements: You must be able to perform essential job functions. Preferred Qualifications (not required): Experience auditing SAP billing codes for accuracy. Experience with M5 fleet data entry. Experience with fleet fuel card provider. Experience with vehicle titling. Experience with EZ-Pass.
