Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity)

Location: Harrisburg, NC

Compensation: $18–$19/hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update the CRM system to ensure accurate records.

  • Process orders and provide top-notch service to members.

  • Distribute training materials to members efficiently and effectively.

  • Handle intake calls and provide exceptional support.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).

  • Excellent communication skills , particularly over the phone.

  • Preferred: Experience in sales and handling intake calls.

  • A proactive, customer-focused attitude.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
