Medical Support Specialist - Paramedic or EMT-P

Location: Harker Heights, TX - 76548

Employment Type: Direct-Hire, Permanent

Setting: Plasma Center

Pay: $23-$26/hr + $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

Shifts: Flexible during the week/Weekend Rotation

Center Hours:

Mon: Closed | Tue-Fri: 6am-7pm | Sat: 9am-5pm | Sun: 7am-3pm

Qualifications:

• Required: Paramedic or EMT-P license/certification, BLS, High School Diploma

• Preferred: Plasma knowledge & venipuncture skills (training provided)

Key Duties:

• Assess donor eligibility (medical history, physical exams, SPE review)

• Handle donor reactions and medical emergencies per SOPs

• Collaborate with the Center Physician for guidance and approvals

• Oversee Hepatitis B/Seasonal Flu vaccination programs

• Support pandemic-related investigations when needed
