One Health is seeking a detail-oriented and financially minded Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. Position Title: Accounts Payable Specialist (one position available)
Location: Any One Health Site (MT or WY)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Wage: $20.71-$21.63 per hour, DOE

Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices: Scan, label, and code finance documents into electronic and approval routing system. Monitors for approvals.
Generates reports: Generates open invoice reports, prepares event summaries.
Collaboration & Customer Service: Participates in performance optimization and risk management activities and team meetings, as required. Provides exceptional customer service and models the mission of One Health when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepares payments: Issues biweekly check/ACH runs for approved invoices and mails all payments in a timely manner.
Compliance: Adheres to One Health’s policies and procedures and cooperates and abides by all elements of One Health’s Compliance Program.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in accounting or business and/or four (4) years of accounting/accounts payable experience; or a combination of education and experience.
Four years accounts payable experience
Valid driver’s license
Preferred Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, health care management or related field.
Sage accounting experience.
Pairsoft experience.
Health care accounting experience.
