Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant in the manufacturing industry, located in Harahan, Louisiana. The chosen candidate will join our team and work closely with the Executive Administration team, learning all aspects of operations, sales, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with multiple stakeholders and customers to facilitate operations

• Ensure top-notch communication for day-to-day written and verbal contact with executive management and reporting agencies

• Learn and adapt to all aspects of operations, sales, and customer service

• Utilize spreadsheet software for sales analysis and reporting

• Maintain impeccable attention to detail in all work

• Handle confidential information with discretion

• Assist the Vice President in various tasks as needed

• Develop and maintain a fast-paced working environment. Requirements • A minimum of 3 years experience in a sales role within the manufacturing industry

• Proficiency in Sales Analysis & Reporting

• Demonstrated expertise in spreadsheet software

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy

• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and environments

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
