Job Title: Quality Technician

Job Description

We are a growing, high-tech metal fabrication contract manufacturer driven by our desire to deliver world-class customer service. We are seeking a disciplined, results-based Technician to join our dynamic team of professionals. The role involves ensuring that all quality standards are met daily according to our Quality Policy, troubleshooting why products did not meet quality specifications, and implementing processes and procedures to meet those specifications.

Responsibilities

• Participate in performing in-house calibrations on all tools used in the production area.

• Participate in managing the calibration system.

• Conduct internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Participate in problem-solving activities, as assigned.

• Conduct first article inspections.

• Assist in writing work instructions and inspection criteria.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work unsupervised and in a fast-paced environment.

• Thorough knowledge of blueprints.

• Proven problem-solving and leadership skills.

• Understanding of measuring devices and techniques.

• Knowledge of inspection codes.

• Proactive approach to all duties.

• Proven background in a manufacturing environment.

• Understanding of ISO process.

Work Environment

This is a Permanent position based out of Hanover, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.
