Reference #: 5001051253100 Utz Quality Foods is currently seeking a Part Time Outlet Store Associate to join our team at our Factory Outlet Store in Hanover, PA. This position will be responsible to provide excellent customer service in the Outlet Store, work to restock and sell company product and assist if needed in the Mail Order Department. Key Responsibilities Assists customers with purchase transactions and decisions by providing excellent customer Requires setting up registers with drawers and proper Completes monetary transactions and product Completes daily register balance sheet by counting drawer and making monetary Fills decorator tins/ boxes as needed following food safety Restocks all items available in Outlet Store as needed. Includes: products, tins, novelty items, drinks, and supplies. Physically checks in and puts away all received product daily. Rotates product in Outlet Store by using the product manufacturing Labels / stickers product according to promotion Responsible for the overall appearance of the Outlet Store. Breaks down all cardboard and places in proper location. Must be flexible to work up to 28 hours per week during Outlet Store hours 9 AM - 6 PM/ 7 days/week. A weekend shift is required. Requirements: Requires interpersonal and customer service skills when working in Outlet Store with customers and other associates. Cash handling and register skills. Accuracy and attention to detail in completing customer mail orders. Ability to follow directions in order to accomplish multiple job tasks. Requires the candidate to be 16 years or older. Daily lifting and the ability to move up to 10 pounds and infrequently up to 25 pounds is required. Must be available to work 1 Weekend Day in addition to during the week hours.
