Job Title: Packer

Job Description

Currently seeking Packers who will be responsible for packing product to fulfill orders and other general duties in an assembly-style production facility. Responsibilities include emptying bags of pretzels onto conveyors, catching finished products in branded containers, sealing bags for market, folding cardboard boxes, and stacking boxes onto skids. The employee will also prepare products for shipment, follow sanitation and safety guidelines, be punctual, and take direction from line leads. Cleaning and sanitizing duties once every 28 days are required.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Hanover, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

The facility makes hard pretzels and follows all good manufacturing processes. It is SQF certified, very clean, and climate-controlled in most areas, though temperatures can range from 67°F to 100°F and reach up to 140°F near the ovens. The culture is tight-knit, and employees work closely on assembly lines. Strict dress codes are enforced due to close contact with food. Employees receive company-provided lockers and locks, with 3 paid 20-minute breaks per shift.
