Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

Maintenance Mechanics are responsible for all maintenance in the facility from production equipment to facilities needs. Candidates must be open to performing all types of work. We seek reliable individuals who will consistently show up and are a good cultural and long-term fit. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical background with proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems, preferably in an industrial maintenance environment. Additionally, candidates should be able to read blueprints and documentation to troubleshoot machinery. Pay ranges are determined by experience level:

• Mid-level (2-6 years experience): $21-25/hr (majority of the need)

• High-level (6+ years experience): $26-29/hr

Shift times are as follows (5-day weeks with 2 off days, options TBD):

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Overtime is only mandated twice a year (once for 3.5 weeks during busy season and once for plant shutdown work). All overtime is scheduled in advance with a minimum of 30-60 days' notice.

This is a fully on-site position in Hanover, Pennsylvania.

Colder environment (38°F in production area and 60°F in the maintenance shop), food manufacturing setting (GMPs).
