Senior Accountant

Financial/Accounting Analysis and Auditing:

• Analyze corporate performance, financial records, and trend s. Deliver accurate, meaningful, and efficient financial reporting and analysis, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) based profit and loss management for corporate management.
• Responsible for contributing to financial planning and growing financial performance through analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances, trends, and variance analysis.
• Present financial ratio analysis in monthly cost review meetings for corporate executives.
• Contribute to the management of company-wide financial forecast data ; collect and review financial data, partnering with other internal teams for major projects and providing variance analysis to corporate executives.
• Develop pricing models for cost-plus contracts through indirect cost analysis and management.
• Review compliance with the Federal government accounting system and maintain compliant system design.
• Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures; provide executives with planning and control information by assembling and analyzing financial data.

Cost Accounting:

Provide cost analysis of the company's monthly financial data; allocate expenses to the correct cost pool. Analyze corporate cost structure and update indirect rates.
