Here’s what the opportunity supported through our TGS Talent Acquisition Team requires:

The Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Lead is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Oracle Analytics Cloud solutions, including HCM Analytics for Oracle Cloud (FAW), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher and Oracle BI Cloud Connector (BICC).

Collaborate with project teams, functional experts, developers, and client stakeholders to develop reporting capabilities using BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts. Here are the key requirements and responsibilities:

  1. Education & Experience:

o Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and relevant experience.

  1. Skills and Abilities:

o Proficiency with Oracle HCM Cloud reporting and analytics tools and solutions.

o Proficiency in developing reports and analytics using BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW).

o Solid understanding of Oracle analytics tools, including Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW).

o Good Understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM Modules

o Experience with Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC).

o Experience with analytical such as snowflake and Tableau.

o Ability to review business processes and translate them into BI reporting and analysis solutions.

o Familiarity with relational and dimensional logical data modeling.

o Strong background in report and analysis design, applying User Interface and User Experience best practices.

o Experience working with Oracle on product bugs.

o Data analysis and root cause analysis skills.

o Understanding of the software development lifecycle, production change control, and project management techniques.

o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  1. Preferred Requirements:

o Oracle HCM Cloud Certification.

o Fusion Analytics Warehouse Solution Engineer Specialist Certification.
