Flooring Sales Manager Join our growing team!

Position will include:
Providing overall flooring sales leadership and supervision to our sales associates and installers.
Obtain Brand awareness and work to meet, maintain and exceed store sales goals
Enhance our image and ensure customers receive a high level of satisfaction
Ability to lead, direct and train others in the best current practice in company retail methods and procedures .
Fluency with software and computers systems
Selling various floor coverings:
carpet, vinyl, tile, laminate, hardwood etc., in both commercial and residential settings.
Ability to read and understand floor plans, drawings and create estimates
Knowledge of flooring industry
Knowledge of RFMS or other retail software
Pre-hire drug screen and physical required.
