Job Description Summary

商业领导力管理培训实习生（CLP EID）是GE医疗中国为储备和选拔一线商业管理培训生项目（Commercial Leadership Program）人才推出的暑期实习项目。

实习生们会在行业资深经理的领导和专属导师的指导下，直接参与公司的销售及产品销售工作，全方位锻炼自己的职场技能，踏出从学生向职场精英转变的第一步。

顺利完成2024年CLP EID项目的同学，将有机会获得2025年的CLP全职offer。

CLP项目以多元化轮岗和高规格的培训内容体系，为新人提供更多的尝试机会，全面提升一线销售商务工作核心技能。培养每一个优秀的你成为GE医疗未来的商业领袖。

Job Description

1.将于2024年9月2025年7月毕业的海内外学生

2.学历与专业要求：

本科及以上学历，专业不限，临床医学、生物医学工程、医学影像专业、商科等相关专业优先； 具有销售、创业经历、领导学校级社团工作经验优先

  1. 对医疗行业有基本的了解，致力于在一线商务（销售）领域深耕，勇于接受挑战、承担压力，踏实肯干，结果导向

  2. 内驱力强，渴望卓越，具备领导力潜质

  3. 沟通能力强，倾听与理解能力俱佳，具备团队合作精神，

  4. 具备清晰的逻辑思维和分析能力

  5. 中英文表达流利。

  6. 实习周期2个月或以上（实习时间以2024年7,8月最佳，其他时间可协调）
