Lead Veterinarian – Imaging & Diagnostics.
Location: Village Vet Hampstead Hospital.
Are you an experienced veterinary surgeon with a passion for comprehensive diagnostics and advanced imaging? Village Vet Hampstead is looking for a dynamic Lead Veterinarian to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will integrate advanced diagnostic techniques, including abdominal ultrasound, cardiology, and CT, to elevate our clinical services in a primary care hospital setting.

Competitive salary up to £90,000 FTE, adjusted pro-rata for hours worked.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage clinical activities, emphasising diagnostic imaging and comprehensive diagnostics.
Promote clinical standards and quality improvement.
Foster a culture of respect, collaboration, and engagement within the practice team, leading with empathy and patience.
Ensure the highest levels of patient and client care through active leadership.
Contribute to the financial targets of the business unit.
Requirements:
A certificate in either internal medicine or diagnostic imaging.
Strong skills in diagnostic imaging, including ultrasound, cardiology, and CT scanning.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
A commitment to continuous improvement and team development.
