· Compensation is $40.00 to $50.00 an hour depending on experience

· Day shift

Job Description

A Concrete Foreman is responsible

for overseeing, performing, and managing all activities related to concrete

construction on a construction site. They work closely with construction crews,

project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that concrete work is

executed efficiently and in accordance with project plans and specifications.

This long term role will include flatwork, columns and footing.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of concrete foreman experience

  • Extensive experience in concrete construction, with a proven track record of successful projects

  • Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, finishing, and curing techniques

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to enforce them effectively

  • Physical stamina and the ability to work in challenging weather conditions

  • Must have a positive attitude and be willing to do satisfy customer requests

  • Must be able to communicate with higher level/executive management with confidence

  • Must be a quick thinker and able to adapt to changes at anytime

  • Must be able to speak and communicate in English and Spanish
