Summary: As a RF Systems Engineer at Microwave Products Group - Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, you will support the military community by designing and validating RF systems and components to meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements. You will drive innovation and contribute to cross-functional collaboration to ensure RF solutions meet technical and business goals. Primary Responsibilities: Design and analyze analog RF circuits and systems (schematic and layout design)ensuring performance and manufacturability. Develop system concept/block diagram and specify the internal modules required tomeet system performance. Integrate analog and digital interfaces to ensure system functionality, reliability, andcompliance with industry standards (EMI/EMC, thermal). Ability to simulate and analyze the performance of both large and small scaleinterdisciplinary electronic systems. Develop performance validation methodologies and ensure designs are rigorouslytested and characterized. Collaborate with PCB designers to optimize RF layout and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve design issues at all stages-schematic, layout, assembly,and system integration. Support sales and marketing by developing proposals and clearly communicatingproduct value to customers. Knowledge, skills and abilities strongly preferred include: Expertise in RF filter and amplifier design, impedance matching, and performancetrade-offs. Proficiency in AWR Microwave Office or similar RF simulation tools. Experience with mixed-signal PCB layout and familiarity with PCB design software. Strong leadership and team collaboration skills in a multi-disciplinary environment. Hands-on experience designing at the desk and troubleshooting in the lab or atcustomer sites. Understanding of software and firmware principles for system design andmodification. Requirements Include: Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident BSEE (Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering) with 7-10 years of experience, orMSEE (Master of Science in Electrical Engineering) with 5-8 years of experience. Experience with RF modeling and simulation required, Experience with AWR Microwave Office or similar RF simulation tools is highly preferred. Familiarity with military standards and electro-mechanical designs is highly desirable. Benefits of joining our team!
