Summary: As a RF Staff Engineer at Microwave Products Group - Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, you will support the military community by providing technical leadership to develop, integrate, and support RF products across their lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals. Additionally, you will guide cross-functional teams to drive product success. Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate with engineering, program management, and functional teams to meet organizational goals and Key Performance Indicators. Lead product development efforts, ensuring technical and business alignment. Define product roadmaps and support business development by proposing innovative solutions. Prioritize customer needs and guide opportunity introduction and program direction. Design high-performance RF products focusing on low loss, high linearity, EMI/EMC, and reliability. Oversee product design through the lifecycle to meet cost, size, weight, power, and manufacturability goals. Mentor junior engineers and support their technical development. Develop performance validation and production test processes to ensure designs meet specifications. Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to ensure product success. Knowledge, skills and abilities strongly preferred include: Expertise in RF system integration and testing at circuit, module, and system levels. Proficiency in AWR Microwave Office or similar RF simulation tools. Strong project leadership experience, with the ability to influence key decisions. Experience with military standards and specifications is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both internal and external, particularly with customers. Ability to work cross-functionally in a multi-disciplinary team environment. Requirements Include: Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident BSEE (Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering) with 7-10 years of experience, or MSEE (Master of Science in Electrical Engineering) with 5-8 years of experience. Experience with AWR Microwave Office or similar tools is highly preferred. Familiarity with military standards and electro-mechanical designs is highly desirable. Benefits of joining our team!
