ManpowerGroup Quality Technician in Hamilton, Ohio
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Quality Technician to join their team. As a Quality Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting production excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully with the organization's commitment to quality.
Job Title: Quality Technician
Location: Hamilton, OH
Pay Range: $17-$19 based on experience
1st Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
What's the Job?
Perform random in-process roving inspections to verify that production specifications are being maintained.
Conduct first piece inspections upon completion of set-ups, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Input Z notifications for non-conforming purchased or manufactured items.
Communicate any non-conformances found to the supervisor and quality team members via email.
Assist in the maintenance of the quality hold area and support production disposition and clean-up activities.
What's Needed?
No prior experience is required; a willingness to learn is essential.
Ability to check the calibration status of measuring equipment and understand calibration processes.
Familiarity with sourcing quality documentation and controlled documents within SAP or local drives.
Understanding of quality hold processes, in-process rejection, and internal corrective actions.
Willingness to assist with quality training for all employees to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
