Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30am Location: On-Site, Fairfield, OH 45015 FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Starting Wage: $25 - $27, depending on experience

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales/Customer Care:

  • Effectively ensure contract review/flow-down is always in place and being executed at all levels.

  • Maintain customer performance metrics

  • Supplier/Vendor Management Responsibilities:

  • Proactively initiate set-up new suppliers in the Stratix ERP system.

  • Obtain and negotiate competitive pricing with suppliers.

  • Enter and track service orders in Stratix.

  • Plan, coordinate, and schedule orders with suppliers to line up with customer sales order due dates.

  • Effective interpretation of customer blueprints, non-conformances, Supplier Deviation Request, and Scope of Work.

  • Planning/Scheduling Responsibilities:

  • Plan and Schedule all manufacturing and service orders through processing steps both internally and externally.

  • Review internal and external capacity availability and lead-times.

  • Responsible for planning and executing Customer Program agreements.

  • Raw Material Planning:

  • Identify gaps in available raw material and coordinate gap-closure with supply chain and/or raw material suppliers.

  • Identify and manage raw material buy-outs and competitive pricing and optimum lead-times.

  • Identify and actively work to sell slow moving inventory.

  • Other:

  • Manage all aspect of transportation logistics for customer and supplier/vendor freight including transport planning and shipping documents.

  • Coordinate customer/vendor/internal packaging requirement with packaging vendors.

  • Coordinate with QC inspection approvals prior to order shipment.

    Skills and Knowledge For Success:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, material management, or entrepreneurship

  • Proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office Suite and very effective in building advanced excel spreadsheet.

  • Proven ability to communicate at all levels clearly and effectively, within and outside of the organization, both verbally and written.

  • Organizational and Time Management skills

  • Ability to multi-task.

  • Must be a team player and motivator

  • Industry knowledge of Additive Manufacturing Printing, Build Plates, Processing, Atomizing, Powders, Print Machine Models, and End Use Applications preferred.
