The Manufacturing Production Planning & Control Professional will be responsible for methods and maintenance functions. Areas of expertise include production systems, process design, ergonomics, capacity, simulation tools, investments, cost analysis, and performance. Provides leadership through people management, budget accountability, and driving continuous improvement. Contributes to standards development and deployment. Manages production planning and control to optimize resources and meet schedules. Researches and recommends production process improvements. - Collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, layouts, and material flow
- Lead process improvement initiatives, analyzing data to identify opportunities
- Develop and implement new methods, technologies, and simulations to boost performance
- Manage projects to improve productivity, lower costs, and drive sustainability
- Mentor and develop team members, creating an engaging work environment centered around continuous improvement
