Develop and implement validation rules within Salesforce to enforce data quality and integrity. Implement error messaging and user-friendly prompts for effective communication. Utilize report scheduling and delivery features to automate reporting processes. Implement and customize Service Cloud solutions to enhance customer support processes. Utilize omni-channel routing for efficient distribution of service requests. Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability of existing features during iterative development. Conduct regular security audits, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and proactively addressing potential vulnerabilities. Establish and maintain a robust monitoring system to proactively identify and address potential issues, minimizing downtime. Implement a comprehensive backup and recovery strategy, ensuring data resilience and minimizing data loss risks. Implement automated processes for routine maintenance tasks, reducing manual efforts and improving overall efficiency. Work with Salesforce tools, Apex and JavaScript. Master’s degree plus 1 year of experience required. Work site: Relocation to various unanticipated client sites throughout New Jersey is required.
