Aon (Bermuda) Ltd. is a top tier professional services firm in Bermuda, providing re/insurance clients with broking and consultancy services customized to meet the uniqueness of their individual needs.

We have an employment opportunity within our Claims Team for a data driven person as a Claims Administrator for our Brokerage Division.

Daily responsibilities and impact:

  • Process claims correspondence and monitor client claims files.

  • Ensure electronic files are accurate and kept up to date.

  • Maintain an electronic Global system for individual clients’ claims.

  • Other associated duties that are assigned by the manager.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success:

  • At lease 2 years’ recent and relevant experience in the re/insurance industry, experience in Claims Management preferred.

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Motivated self-starter while being an effective team player with ability to use own initiative and effectively manage changing priorities.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to priority and triage work demands to deliver timely results.

  • Good digital literacy and skills, specifically with Microsoft Office Software, such as Excel and Word and familiarity with insurance-based accounting systems.

  • Ability to work beyond normal business hours when required to meet reporting timelines.
